Winner Winner Chicken Dinner! with Altesino Brunello di Montalcino #DangerMenCooking I cut the skin on the chicken thighs (to let the fat drain when cooking) and put some CRC BBQ Riley's Sweet Pecan Rub on both sides. You probably have to order it online here but it is good. I use it for a lot of BBQ and grilling I used a 50/50 mix of mesquite charcoal from Lazzari and Kingsford in my Bog Green Egg. #dangermencooking I'm not a big fan of beef ribs other than Korean cut. Otherwise there is a lot of fat inside them. It does render out and when I am done I will slice it and trim it up to remove even more. I think the 2 lbs of ribs end up being about a pound when I am done cooking and ready to serve. These did come out pretty good. It was hot today so I didn't want to heat up the kitchen. An all day cook like this means it is time to fire up the Big Green Egg. (any cooker th

I'm not a prepper (not that there is anything wrong with that) but if you are stocking up on Social Distancing supplies here’s a simple tomato sauce for pasta, soup, or just about anything else. Save money over buying the expensive "spaghetti sauce" 1 28 oz can of tomatos.
Just get straight tomatoes. Purée makes it easy. Heat on stove at medium. When hot add 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt.
Wait until it heats up so the salt
