Need a Costco Custom Cake? Use The App!
from RD.com For what feels like eons, Costco members have been pretty annoyed that they had to head into the physical warehouse to order a customized 10-inch round cake or half-sheet cake. These cakes, which are actually cost-effective buys when you need enough dessert for a group, required way more effort to order than they actually should—especially in the digital era we’ve been living in for decades now. Currently, to get your hands on a custom cake, you have to walk to th

from RD.com For Costco’s mega fans, the warehouse club rarely does anything wrong. In fact, even when they don’t do something right, many (myself included) will come to Costco’s defense as their unpaid apologists. Case in point: I’m still trying to walk back my $10 roast beef sandwich mistake with some unforgiving friends—the Costco food court discontinued it quickly, okay? Yes, Costco can be perfectly imperfect, like when they get rid of Kirkland Signature items that everyon

I’m Walking Backwards
I started walking backwards. No not all the time! I do it at a park when I walk about 1.5 to 2 miles on kind of a track. It is a really short track, about 0.1 miles, and I do about half a lap backwards. I had a really annoying IT band problem on my left hip. Walking backwards has helped and lots of stretching is also in my mix. In addition to that I think it has improved my balance and overall flexibility. I walk slower when I go backwards and I really feel different muscles
