They shoot like and look like a disposable but these all plastic cameras are reloadable. They come with film but I loaded Kentmere 200 in this. I started walking backwards. No not all the time! I do it at a park when I walk about 1.5 to 2 miles on kind of a track. It is a really short track, about 0.1 miles, and I do about half a lap backwards. I had a really annoying IT band problem on my left hip.
