Fans of Michelin-starred chef and television personality Gordon Ramsay will get to experience his long-running global reality series via his signature Hell’s Kitchen restaurant, which is coming to Harrah’s Resort Southern California by Spring 2022. This will be the fourth location worldwide, joining outposts in Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Caesars Bluewaters Dubai, and Harveys Lake Tahoe, and this new location will be Ramsay’s largest Hell’s Kitchen restaurant so far.
Starting this summer, the casino’s buffet area will be remodeled to make way for the new restaurant, which is designed to make diners feel like they’re on the set of the Hell’s Kitchen show; the space will seat 332 guests across a bar, lounge, and full-service dining room. From its show kitchen, Ramsay’s chefs will cook up a menu that features many of his most famous dishes, including Beef Wellington, lobster risotto, and sticky toffee pudding. A rep for Harrah’s tells Eater that there will also be new dishes exclusive to this SoCal location. (North East of Escondido)
