For Costco’s mega fans, the warehouse club rarely does anything wrong. In fact, even when they don’t do something right, many (myself included) will come to Costco’s defense as their unpaid apologists. Case in point: I’m still trying to walk back my $10 roast beef sandwich mistake with some unforgiving friends—the Costco food court discontinued it quickly, okay?

Yes, Costco can be perfectly imperfect, like when they get rid of Kirkland Signature items that everyone loves (I’m looking at you, KS Chocolate Chips!), or the fact that they can’t seem to get their own mayonnaise recipe right. But there are certain Costco products that even the club’s biggest fans just will not buy—and they are not shy about telling you to avoid them as well. What are those products, and why are they unacceptable for so many Costco shoppers? Keep reading, and let’s take a look at the list.
