Vegas and cameras baby
Exciting news: Prints will be available for purchase soon at Etsy!
What do I enjoy photographing? I focus on stationary subjects—my favorites are parked cars and rocks. A parked car on a rock is the ultimate find!
Living in Las Vegas offers endless photographic opportunities beyond just The Strip. Nearby, you'll discover Downtown, Fremont Street, The Arts District and Chinatown, all within reach of the iconic Vegas Strip.
The surrounding nature includes expansive desert landscapes, winter snow-capped mountains, dry lake beds, red rocks, wild horses, cacti, and much more.
My photography gear consists of a digital Sony a6400 and a collection of vintage cameras, including a 1917 Kodak Brownie, a 1950s Argus C3 like the one used by WWII photographer Tony Vaccaro, 1970s Olympus OM-1, a Polaroid 600, Soviet LOMO LC-A and Cosmic 35, tiny spy cameras, and several unique Lomography plastic cameras. I work with various film formats such as 120, 35mm, 110, Minox, Polaroid, and special paper for my pinhole Pinsta camera. I capture images in digital, color, black and white, and use film and experimental cameras for some truly unique results, as showcased in my photos here.
