I still do a little radio. I am on Saturday and Sunday on KVYN 99.3 FM in Napa. You can listen online at 993thevine.com
I play a music mix from the '80s, '90s, '00s, 2010s, current songs and musically it is kind of like KFOG meets Live 105. It's a good listen. I add in some info about tech, food, travel, entertainment, pop culture, whatever. I call it Fun Music and Great Information.

Saturday and Sunday I play a 10 at 10 featuring 10 great songs from 1 great year with audio clips from news, sports, movies, tv shows from that year.
I have a Beatles Brunch at noon with 4 songs by The Fab Four.
I'll use this blog to post links to the "Great Information" I share
the weekend of September 6/7 2025 I talked about
Much like YouTube does on iPhone with Shorts, Instagram for iPad places a strong emphasis on short-form video content. When iPad owners open Instagram, the app jumps straight to Reels, which Instagram says delivers “the entertaining content you love on a bigger screen.” On this opening screen, Stories are located at the top, and Instagram’s other areas are accessible via a vertical panel on the left side of the display.
A big complaint against Instagram in recent years is how much more difficult it has been for users to find content from the accounts they follow and interact with the most. Instagram on iPad features a new “Following” tab that provides users with multiple ways to view the latest content from the accounts they follow, including filtering for all followed accounts, friends, and a chronological feed.
Previous research has found a connection between living near water and better health measures, including higher physical activity levels, lower obesity rates and improved heart health. That prompted Wu to wonder if there could be a link between "blue space" living and longer lives, and how that relationship might differ depending on the type of neighborhood people call home, he said.
"We thought it was possible that any type of 'blue space' would offer some beneficial effects, and we were surprised to find such a significant and clear difference between those who live near coastal waters and those who live near inland waters," said Wu, an assistant professor of environmental health sciences at The Ohio State University College of Public Health.
"We found a clear difference -- in coastal areas, people are living longer," said Wu, adding that the study is the first to comprehensively and systematically examine the relationship between various types of "blue space" and longevity in the U.S.
This year, a wave of new cocktails is challenging the dominance of the Honey Deuce – a vodka, lemonade and raspberry liqueur concoction garnished with honeydew melon "tennis balls."
More than 556,000 of the cult-favorite cocktails were sold last year, generating nearly $13 million in revenue. Over 2.8 million have been sold since they debuted in 2007, according to Grey Goose.
The $23 Honey Deuce has become a "cultural icon," creator Nick Mautone told Fox News Digital last year. And it's helped cement the Open as one of the buzziest — and booziest — sporting events of the year.
Even top American tennis star Frances Tiafoe joked in a 2023 interview, "Seventy percent of the fans are just loaded and just absolutely drunk."
The Baltimore Ravens are the early favorites to win the Super Bowl at +700 odds. Right behind them are the Buffalo Bills and the Philadelphia Eagles at +750 odds each, followed by the Kansas City Chiefs at +800 odds. After these teams are the Detroit Lions at +1100 odds and the Green Bay Packers at +1300 odds. Check back throughout the regular season to see how the odds fluctuate each week.
A Napa ordinance now makes it illegal to avoid stopping at red lights and stop signs by dipping into parking lots.
The move approved by the Napa City Council follows the installation of automated red-light enforcement cameras earlier this year, including at the intersection of Redwood Road and Solano Avenue.
Motorists approaching the red lights began diverting their path to avoid them, according to city officials, turning into parking lots or "private property."
Motorists who violate the law will be fined $100 the first time, and up to $500 for repeat violations.
