Cast Iron Chorizo

Some really good food comes from San Leandro California. That includes more than a few sausage producers.

This morning I made a cheese omelette with some great Aidells chorizo in the Lodge cast iron skillet.

Their chorizo is a favorite. Not oily or too hot. Great smoked chicken flavors with some peppery heat but not too much.
