The other day I saw Woot had a deal on a TRX GO Suspension Trainer.
It sold out but Amazon has it here.
It is a simple version of their suspension system. My first workout was really good. I love that it works on your core no matter the movement you do and that you can adjust the difficulty by adjusting your stance or body position to put more body weight on the straps. It is not for isolating muscles like a dumbell workout can be.
I have worked out on a lot of equipment over the years. I am happy to give this simple setup a try. With my body weight these bodyweight suspension based workouts should be challenging! :)
