Free, Lunches To-Go Kicks Off For Summer 2020 In Temecula

The first-come, first-served program for youngsters begins June 9, with no income requirements or registration required.

“The Summer Food Service Program is a vital resource for some Temecula families,” Mayor James ‘Stew’ Stewart said. “Our mission is to make certain that any child in need of a meal knows where they can find a nutritious lunch while school is out of session. We want our local youth to be able to spend their summer time playing, exploring, growing, and not experiencing food insecurity.”

For more information on the Temecula program, call the Community Services Department at (951) 694-6464
