Chili secret: Pumpkin puree gives it a creamy texture and plenty of health benefits
This is a good chili made with beer, I used Red Stripe, and a can of pumpkin and the usual chili flavors.
The pumpkin flavor was way in the background but it did add to the color and texture. I didn’t use or need any flour to thicken it up.
Paired with Purple Heart wine
